Eating Plan
Here is an example of a simple, easy-to-follow diet, which I have recommended to many of my clients with fantastic results:
Breakfast Options
1x small bowl of jungle oats made with milk, and 1 teaspoon of honey
or 1x egg and 1x slice of toast
or a meal replacement shake
Avoid instant breakfast cereals, as most of them interfere with fatburning
Mid Morning
1x small plain yogurt or Gero Diet flavoured yogurt
or 1x fruit and 5x Almonds or cashews.
Never have your fruit alone.
Add a small handful of Gojiberries or Cranberries to your plain yogurt – it is lovely!
Lunch Options
1x small chicken fillet grilled
or 1x can of tuna
or 2x minute steaks
or 2x slices of ham
with salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, peppers)
1tsp. light dressing
Mid Afternoon
4x provitas with fat-free cottage cheese or 2 low fat cheese wedges
Dinner Options
1x medium chicken fillet, grilled
or fish fillet, grilled
or 1x palm-sized steak
with mixed salad or steamed mixed veggies.
Late Snack: Optional
1x matchbox-size cheese
or 5x nuts
or 1x small yogurt (Gero Diet or plain)
ABSOLUTELY nothing with sugar as it blocks fat-burning through the night.
250ml milk for tea/coffee per day
VERY IMPORTANT:
Drink 8x glasses of water per day
Avoid sugar, even in coffee and tea
Consult your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program
